Howdy! Did you know you can wash your hands to the intro of All Star by Smash Mouth? This one really felt like a part 2. We get the first use of Carry On - very exciting. The script coordinator is not the guy who picks up the scripts at Staples. Dean sells his soul to save Sam. Sam shoots an unarmed Black man in the back (BIG ol' yikes!)
